Hidden Veggie Dessert Recipes

Has anyone tried this? I would be a tester if I wasn’t on such a strict budget that I can’t afford the loss if it doesn’t work out.

Update!! They’re definitely really fluffy without any chunks of veggies creating off-putting texture. Blending all of the fruit/veggies with the egg is an essential part of the process and very easy. For me, I didn’t start with a very ripe banana so I added more honey than it calls for and I think I honestly could have added more just to make it a little more appealing for my toddler! I also added chocolate chunks and those definitely made a difference. The batter made two dozen mini muffins and an additional six regular muffins!
